*FRANCHISE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER*We need a well experienced Franchise Manager with corporate leadership qualities who focuses on the business creating high net worth clients or franchise specialist to take a district franchisee who will be responsible for creating a franchise strategy for high net worth clients and bringing in new franchisees is typically the Franchise Development Franchisee.*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*Franchise Manager core duties for the position is focused on expanding the franchise's footprint. These responsibilities include: *Lead Generation*: Identifying and attracting potential new franchisees through networking, industry events, marketing, and referrals.*Candidate Screening:* Vetting prospective partners to ensure they are a good financial and cultural fit for the brand.*Relationship Management:* Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing franchise partners throughout the sales cycle.*Sales Execution:* Presenting the franchise opportunity, negotiating terms, and guiding candidates through the final agreement process.*Onboarding Support:* Working with legal, operations, and training teams to ensure a smooth and seamless transition for new franchisees.*Market Analysis:* Researching new geographic markets to find the best opportunities for expansion.
