Franchise Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Franchise Manager to oversee bakery & confectionery franchise operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, operational knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support franchise outlets to ensure smooth operations

Coordinate with franchise owners for training, quality control, and compliance

Monitor sales performance and suggest improvement strategies

Ensure adherence to brand standards, policies, and guidelines

Handle franchise inquiries, onboarding, and expansion activities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners

Oversee inventory, supply chain coordination, and product consistency

Prepare periodic reports on operations and performance

Requirements:

Proven experience in bakery, confectionery, or food retail franchise management

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Multilingual ability (Hindi/English + South Indian languages preferred)

Ability to travel as required

Good understanding of sales, retail operations, and customer service
