Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall store operations and daily activities
Handle sales targets and revenue growth
Supervise store staff and assign daily duties
Ensure proper stock availability & inventory control
Manage GRN, billing, and stock reconciliation
Maintain visual merchandising and product display
Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse
Handle customer complaints and service issues
Ensure compliance with company policies
Prepare daily sales, stock & MIS reports
