Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and driven Account Manager (Sales) to handle and grow business in the mini market-large market channel. The role requires managing key accounts, building strong client relationships, driving sales volume, and ensuring execution excellence at the store level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with mini market accounts to achieve sales growth.

  • Ensure effective visibility, product placement, and promotional execution in stores.

  • Track and analyze sales performance of accounts; take corrective actions to meet targets.

  • Negotiate terms, contracts, and promotions with accounts to maximize ROI.

  • Implement sales strategies to drive new product launches and increase market share.

  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights.

  • Coordinate with supply chain and distributors to ensure product availability.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and business reviews for management.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of FMCG trade dynamics (especially mini market channel).

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

  • Relationship management and customer service orientation.

  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in Business / Marketing (MBA preferred).

  • 3–6 years of FMCG sales experience with mini market / general trade channel.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and account growth.
