We are looking for a proactive and driven Account Manager (Sales) to handle and grow business in the mini market-large market channel. The role requires managing key accounts, building strong client relationships, driving sales volume, and ensuring execution excellence at the store level.
Develop and manage relationships with mini market accounts to achieve sales growth.
Ensure effective visibility, product placement, and promotional execution in stores.
Track and analyze sales performance of accounts; take corrective actions to meet targets.
Negotiate terms, contracts, and promotions with accounts to maximize ROI.
Implement sales strategies to drive new product launches and increase market share.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights.
Coordinate with supply chain and distributors to ensure product availability.
Prepare regular sales reports and business reviews for management.
Strong knowledge of FMCG trade dynamics (especially mini market channel).
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Relationship management and customer service orientation.
Ability to analyze sales data and identify growth opportunities.
Result-driven, with problem-solving mindset.
Graduate in Business / Marketing (MBA preferred).
3–6 years of FMCG sales experience with mini market / general trade channel.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and account growth.
