Job Title: Team Leader – Modern Trade Pharmacies
Location: PUNJAB, UTTARAKHAND, GURGAON AND UTTAR PRADESH
Job Description:
As a Team Leader for Modern Trade Pharmacies, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with pharmacy chains to ensure the successful promotion and distribution of Organics Pvt Ltd’s products.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with modern trade pharmacy chains in the assigned territory.
Implement sales strategies to increase market penetration.
Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to improve business outcomes.
Conduct regular training sessions for team members to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Ensure timely reporting of sales activities and progress to senior management.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of field sales experience, preferably in the Pharma, FMCG, or Cosmetics industry.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Compensation:
Take Home Salary: ₹35,000 per month (Depending upon last drawn CTC)
Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance: ₹250/day.
