Fill staff vacancies within 3 days
Train, schedule, and support teams
Monitor sales and achieve targets
Visit 3 to 4 counters daily
Ensure stock, testers, and samples are available
Track staff performance and improve productivity
Maintain accurate sales and stock records
Step in and sell when required

Working Conditions
9 -hour shift (including breaks)
