Job Purpose:
To lead and manage a team of Sales Executives and Merchandisers to achieve sales targets, ensure effective market execution, and deliver business growth in the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Plan and execute area-wise sales strategies, promotions, and new product launches.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stores and distributors.
Ensure proper route planning, market coverage, and product visibility.
Review sales performance regularly and implement improvement actions.
Identify training needs and provide market or classroom training to the team.
Track sales data, collections, and report market feedback to management.
Ensure discipline, timely reporting, and compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
Graduate or Post-Graduate in any discipline (Engineers not preferred).
4–5 years of sales experience in FMCG or a similar industry.
Good communication in English and local language.
Strong leadership, planning, and team management skills.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Age below 30 years preferred.
Salary:
💰 ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Negotiable)
Includes PF and ESI benefits.
