FMCG Sales Team Leader

●     Lead, train, and manage a team of field executives/operators to ensure smooth and efficient field operations.

●     Allocate daily tasks, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to SOPs and project timelines.
Ensure compliance with operational protocols, safety regulations, and data collection standards.

●     Conduct regular field visits to audit performance, provide support, and identify areas of improvement.

●     Liaise with internal teams (e.g., project management, logistics, data QA) to align field execution with project requirements.

●     Analyze operational data to identify gaps, track KPIs, and implement corrective actions as needed.

●     Maintain and report daily/weekly progress dashboards and updates to leadership.

●     Manage field escalations, troubleshoot operational issues, and ensure resolution in a timely manner.

●     Assist in hiring, onboarding, and upskilling new field team members.

Promote team morale, discipline, and productivity through regular engagement and performance reviews.
