We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager for our FMCG sanitary pad segment. The candidate should be a Post Graduate or MBA in Marketing/Sales with 5–10 years of experience in FMCG sales and strong team handling capability. The role involves leading and managing a high-performing sales team, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, expanding distributor and retail network, developing effective sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. The candidate must have excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills along with good market knowledge of personal care or hygiene products.
