Overall Job Objective (Purpose): The Campaign Manager is a leader of a DM POME/ HTH Team for a given territory or state. He/She is responsible for planning, deploying and executing P&G Direct Marketing POME/ HTH Plans & building organization capability. He/She will deliver the planned trials & contacts.
As an owner of the DM POME/ HTH unit, he/she will be accountable for accurate and timely availability of data and information. Should be able to take timely decisions which will impact Business. He/she will be ensuring sustainable operations within the budgeted costs. The CM will achieve all of this by Leading/ Managing, Training, Motivating the Unit He/ She is responsible for.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Post Graduate /Graduate + Diploma in sales/ marketing/ 1st class Graduate, Working knowledge of Computers
Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience, must have experience in a leadership role handling a team of high caliber people
Language: Fluency in English and Local language
Key Criteria: Strong Leadership skills, Collaboration, Grows capability, Operates with discipline (Plan and follow through skills), Thinks and acts decisively, Persuasive Communication skills and High maturity levels.
