Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and mentor Field Sales Executives (FSEs).
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Monitor field activities and ensure team productivity.
Conduct regular market visits with team members.
Drive merchant acquisition and Airtel Sound Box installations.
Track team performance and provide coaching to improve results.
Ensure timely reporting of daily sales and field activities.
Resolve field-level issues and coordinate with internal teams.
Maintain strong relationships with merchants and channel partners.
Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards.
