Goli Blast is a fast-growing brand in the Indian beverage market, offering nostalgic, fizzy, and refreshing Goli Sodas in both glass and plastic bottles. We focus on local flavors and high-quality products while expanding our reach across Karnataka.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new sales points (primarily restaurants and eateries), creating sales orders, coordinating delivery with the manufacturer, and ensuring timely payment collection. This is a field-based role and requires strong follow-up skills, customer relationship management, and local language fluency.
Actively scout and identify potential sales points, especially restaurants, tea shops, and eateries.
Pitch Goli Blast products to outlet owners and convert them into regular customers.
Create sales orders as per the outlet's requirements.
Coordinate with the manufacturer to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Verify delivery completion and address any issues promptly.
Follow up with outlets for payment after order delivery.
Ensure timely collection and accurate reporting of all receivables.
Visit a minimum of 20 outlets per day in the assigned territory.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective and active customers.
Submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR) to the Sales Manager.
Record all sales, collections, new outlets, and market feedback accurately.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and food outlet owners.
Handle objections or concerns professionally and escalate major issues to management.
Must be available over phone during work hours.
Must not promote or sell products from any other competing brand.
Language: Kannada speaking is mandatory
Education: SSLC / PUC / Degree (any stream)
Experience: 1+ years in FMCG or beverage sales preferred
Other Requirements:
Own two-wheeler with valid driving license
Familiarity with the local market
Ability to work independently and handle field sales
