Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and manage sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
2. Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution coverage.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
4. Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, product performance, and shelf visibility.
5. Execute trade promotions, merchandising activities, and in-store branding initiatives.
6. Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and promotional deals with channel partners.
7. Prepare and present daily/weekly sales reports and market feedback.
8. Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability.
9. Work closely with the marketing team to implement brand strategies in the field.
