FMCG Sales

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Develop and manage sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

• 2. Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution coverage.

• 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.

• 4. Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, product performance, and shelf visibility.

• 5. Execute trade promotions, merchandising activities, and in-store branding initiatives.

• 6. Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and promotional deals with channel partners.

• 7. Prepare and present daily/weekly sales reports and market feedback.

• 8. Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability.

• 9. Work closely with the marketing team to implement brand strategies in the field.

• 10.Ensure compliance with company policies, financial guidelines, and sales processes.
