Opening of Team lead- FMCG sales - Hyderabad ( preferred immediate joiner and from Hyderabad only)•

Exp - 3-5 yrs ,

Salary - upto - 35 k

• As a Team Lead- FMCG sales play a key role in driving retail and B2B growth by ensuring FMCG products are well-stocked, visible, and actively sold across various retail and institutional channels.

• Key Responsibilities

• • Visit and manage retail stores, supermarkets, gyms, and potential partner outlets to ensure product placement and visibility.

• • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, distributors, and buyers. .Supervise and guide sales executives / representatives in their daily market work.

• • Ensure proper display of FMCG products, standees, and other in-store branding materials.

• • Track and ensure regular stock replenishment at each outlet.

• • Execute and monitor local promotional activities, sampling, and brand activations.

• • Generate daily and weekly sales reports and share field insights with the management team.

• • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.

• • Gather market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and promotions. Key skills

• Team handling and people management.

• Strong communication and negotiation with trade partners.

• Target orientation and problem-solving in the field.

• Good understanding of FMCG sales, distribution, and retail execution

• Required Skills & Qualifications

• • Graduate (any discipline); MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.

• • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.

• • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• • Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.

• • Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

• • Prior experience in FMCG, retail, or food & beverage sales will be an added advantage.
