Key Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and create a strong distributor network in assigned regions
Push weekly sales through distributors and direct GT Outlet with clear goals
Drive presence and sales in modern retail outlets
Build sales in General Trade (GT) A+ stores
Take ownership of performance with a self-driven, target-oriented approach
Gather market insights and competitor intelligence
Who You Are
Hungry for growth, willing to hustle, and excited by early-stage challenges
Someone with experience in appointing distributors and driving weekly secondary sales through them
Has hands-on experience in GT (especially A+ stores), modern retail, or institutional sales in the Delhi NCR market
4–15 years of FMCG sales experience (distributor management preferred)
Strong understanding of Delhi NCR retail ecosystem
Experience in selling premium product
