FMCG Sales

We are looking for motivated and responsible individuals to join our team as Operation Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for providing client support, ensuring smooth store operations, and training staff as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

1 > Provide efficient and timely support to clients regarding products, services, or operations.

2 > Resolve client queries professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

3 > Deliver training sessions to staff on store operations, software usage, and customer service.

4 > Maintain accurate data and reports using Google Sheets and basic Excel.

5 > Ensure smooth communication between the store team and clients.

6 > Use in-depth knowledge of grocery store operations to guide staff and support clients effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must have experience in a grocery store or supermarket environment.

• Strong understanding of grocery retail operations, inventory, and customer service.

• Proficiency in Google Sheets and basic Excel.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to train, guide, and support staff effectively.
