Job Description

Visit retail outlets, wholesalers, and distributors within the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Generate new business opportunities and onboard new retail customers.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with distributors for timely replenishment.
Execute promotional activities and trade schemes.
Collect market intelligence regarding competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.
Maintain daily sales reports and route plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
Ensure timely collection of payments where applicable.
