We are looking for a FMCG Field Sales Executive to join our team VISION SERVICES. Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
Sales & Distribution: Drive primary and secondary sales by managing retail and wholesale channels, ensuring product availability, visibility, and coverage in the assigned territory.

• Market Development: Identify new business opportunities, execute promotional activities, and build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and stockists.

• Reporting & Target Achievement: Monitor daily sales performance, collect market intelligence, and achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining accurate records and reports.
