FMCG Field Sales Executive
We are hiring a motivated and energetic FMCG Field Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. Key Responsibilities
Generate sales through cold calling, field visits, presentations, and direct customer meetings.
Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into active customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Conduct market research and develop strategies to increase product sales and visibility.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Submit regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
Expand and manage the customer database effectively.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass and above.
1–3 years of experience in FMCG or field sales preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Basic computer and smartphone proficiency required.
Knowledge of local markets and sales techniques is an advantage.
Salary & Incentives
In-hand salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month.
