Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious Field Sales Executives who can contribute to building
and expanding our market presence. This role involves direct sales, customer acquisition,
dealer/distributor onboarding, and supporting the overall growth of the Company in the FMCG / food sector.
Areas: Mumbai, Thane & Navi Mumbai. (We have openings for these areas)
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new customers, retailers, distributors, and wholesalers for our product portfolio.
Build strong business relationships and maintain regular follow-ups with customers.
Conduct field visits to promote and sell company products (grains, pulses, spices, dry fruits).
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and feedback to management.
Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
Support in executing marketing campaigns, product promotions, and sampling activities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Graduate in any discipline (freshers are welcome).
Experience: 2-3 years in sales, FMCG, food products, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take ownership.
Ability to work in the field, travel locally, and meet clients regularly.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets for reporting.
