✔ Generate Sales & Achieve Targets
Visit retailers, wholesalers, and local markets to generate orders.
Meet monthly sales targets and product placement goals.
Promote company products and ensure visibility in the market.
✔ Market Visit & Dealer Network
Daily field visits to assigned areas.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with shop owners, distributors, and agents.
Expand market reach by adding new outlets and distributors.
✔ Order Collection & Follow-Up
Collect orders regularly from retailers.
Follow up for timely payments and ensure proper billing.
Ensure stock availability and timely delivery coordination.
✔ Product Promotion & Awareness
Explain product features, pricing, and schemes to retailers.
Execute promotional activities, sampling, and in-store promotions.
Share customer feedback with the management.
✔ Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily sales reports (DSR).
Share competitor activities, market trends, and route plans.
Update senior management on sales performance.
Minimum 10th .
1–2 years of field sales experience in FMCG preferred.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of sales, distribution, and retail markets.
Must have a bike and valid driving license.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
