We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven FMCG Field Sales Executive to manage on-ground sales, build strong relationships with retailers/distributors, and achieve monthly sales targets in the Kasna region. The candidate must have strong communication skills, field experience, and knowledge of FMCG products and market trends.
Identify and visit potential retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to generate new business.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Ensure product visibility, availability, and proper placement at retail outlets.
Handle order booking, stock updates, and follow-up with distributors for timely delivery.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Execute promotional activities, product demonstrations, and brand awareness campaigns.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM/sales sheets.
Ensure timely collection of payments where applicable.
Work closely with the sales manager and support team to optimize field operations.
Minimum 2–3 years of field sales experience in the FMCG sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Must be comfortable with intensive fieldwork.
Good understanding of local market and customer behavior.
Ability to meet sales targets under pressure.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
Own two-wheeler preferred.
