Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Representative to promote and sell premium cosmetic products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with retailers, salons, and distributors while driving brand visibility and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with retail stores, salons, and beauty professionals
Promote and sell premium cosmetic products to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on product benefits and usage
Ensure proper product display and merchandising at retail outlets
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Collect market feedback and report insights to management
Manage inventory levels and ensure timely order fulfillment
Plan and execute promotional activities, events, and in-store campaigns
Maintain accurate records of sales visits, orders, and payments
