Job Role:
Responsible for driving sales, achieving targets, expanding market presence, and ensuring product availability in retail outlets within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Visit retail shops daily to take orders and ensure stock availability.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.

• Execute product display, merchandising, and visibility plans.

• Collect market feedback and competitor insights.

• Ensure timely collection of payments.

Requirements:

• Education: 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Experience: 1–3 years in FMCG field sales (preferred).

• Must have: Two-wheeler and valid driving license.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

💰Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 + Incentives + Allowances (depending on experience)
