Job Description

Marconix is hiring Field Sales Executives for FMCG and consumer products sales in Bengaluru.

The role involves retail sales, FMCG sales, outlet expansion, order booking, distributor sales and new customer acquisition across assigned areas of Bengaluru.

Responsibilities

• Visit kirana stores, supermarkets, departmental stores and retail outlets.

• Acquire new retail outlets and expand market coverage.

• Generate orders and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Manage existing retailers and generate repeat orders.

• Explain products, margins, schemes and promotional offers.

• Take orders through mobile/CRM sales applications.

• Maintain daily beat plan and outlet coverage.

• Track stock, reorders and product availability.

• Collect competitor and market information.

• Maintain daily sales reports and customer information.

• Coordinate with the sales manager on market activities and targets.

Candidate Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in FMCG Sales, Field Sales, Retail Sales, General Trade, B2B Sales, Territory Sales or Distributor Sales.

• Experience in FMCG, food products, beverages, consumer goods or retail distribution preferred.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Comfortable with daily field sales and retailer visits.

• Target-oriented and willing to acquire new customers.

• Kannada communication is an advantage.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

• Willing to travel within Bengaluru.
