Job Title: Sales Representative (SR)
Industry: FMCG (Food-Based Industry)
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve a minimum of 60 Total Calls (TC) and 30 Productive Calls (PC) on a daily basis.
Adhere strictly to the login time of 9:30 AM each working day.
Visit the Distributor (DB) point in the evening to submit all orders collected during the day and ensure timely updates in the FA App.
Ensure complete market coverage within the assigned territory on a daily basis.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets as assigned by the company.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors to ensure consistent product availability, visibility, and placement.
Submit daily activity reports and sales updates to the immediate reporting manager.
Maintain professional conduct in the market at all times, including:
Wearing the company-issued ID card
Carrying the product catalog and price list
Demonstrating professional behavior and communication
