Job Summary:
Ecoil is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations in the assigned region. The role involves managing a sales team, expanding the client base, building partnerships with food businesses and industries, and ensuring smooth collection partnerships for used cooking oil. The candidate will be responsible for achieving regional sales targets and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and lead the regional sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
· Develop and implement sales strategies to expand Ecoil’s network of partners and clients.
· Identify and onboard restaurants, hotels, food chains, and commercial kitchens for used oil collection services.
· Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and conduct regular training sessions.
· Build strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
· Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and present performance updates to management.
· Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth oil collection and service delivery.
· Identify new market opportunities and drive regional business growth.
Team Handling:
· Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives.
· Assign targets and monitor daily/weekly performance.
· Conduct team meetings and motivate the team to achieve goals.
Eligibility Criteria:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
· 3–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, sustainability, waste management, or B2B sales.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
· Ability to travel within the assigned region.
