Position: Sales & Marketing Executive (Field Role)

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Identify and convert new business opportunities via field visits, cold calls, and networking.

Promote and sell ice cream products to retailers, supermarkets, and potential partners.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships with exceptional after-sales support.

Execute marketing campaigns, product promotions, and on-ground activations.

Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to spot trends and opportunities.

Maintain accurate logs of leads, client meetings, and daily sales activities.

Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign strategy, content, and event planning.

Submit daily/weekly performance reports to the reporting manager.
