Job Description
1. Plan and execute monthly/quarterly sales to hit targets.
2. Generate and onboard new leads while nurturing existing buyer relationships (incl. converting dormant buyers).
3. Drive orders and growth by promoting Udaan-owned products to retailers.
4. Handle credit checks and recovery; resolve buyer issues promptly.
5. Collaborate with the manager on goals, promotions, and key-issue escalation.
Responsibilities
1. Bike with valid DL and a smartphone.
2. Fluency in the regional language.
3. Minimum 1 year of field sales experience (motivated freshers in field sales may also be considered)
