(FMCG Sales Executive)

हमारी कंपनी को कुकीज़ (Cookies) की बिक्री और डिलीवरी के लिए एक मेहनती, ईमानदार और भरोसेमंद व्यक्ति की आवश्यकता है।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां:

FMCG/मार्केटिंग क्षेत्र में रिटेल दुकानों (General Stores) पर जाना।

दुकानों से कुकीज़ के नए ऑर्डर लेना।

ऑर्डर के अनुसार माल की सही डिलीवरी और डिस्ट्रीब्यूशन सुनिश्चित करना।

💰 सैलरी और अन्य लाभ:

फिक्स सैलरी: ₹8000 प्रति माह

पेट्रोल भत्ता: ₹100 प्रतिदिन

कमीशन / इंसेंटिव: ₹1 प्रति प्रोडक्ट (बिके हुए हर कुकीज़ पैकेट पर)

📋 कंपनी के नियम

बिना पूर्व सूचना दिए या 2 से अधिक छुट्टी लेने पर नियमानुसार सैलरी काटी जाएगी।

इंसेंटिव का नियम:

यदि आप तय लक्ष्य (Target) के अनुसार अधिक ऑर्डर लाते हैं, तो आपको ₹1 प्रति प्रोडक्ट इंसेंटिव मिलेगा।

यदि किसी कारणवश आप अधिक ऑर्डर नहीं ला पाते हैं, तो आपको केवल फिक्स सैलरी (₹8000) ही मिलेगी (कोई इंसेंटिव नहीं मिलेगा)।

👤 योग्यता:

FMCG सेल्स या दुकान-दुकान जाकर आर्डर लेने का अनुभव।

मेहनती और ईमानदार स्वभाव।

खुद का वाहन (बाइक/स्कूटर) और ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस अनिवार्य।
