We are looking for energetic and purpose-driven FMCG Field Sales Executives who are not only passionate about sales but also believe in promoting products that make a positive impact on people’s lives. 💰 Salary (In-hand): ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
📍 Location: Mumbai (Chembur & surrounding areas)

🔑 Key Responsibilities
Sales & Outreach:
Generate business through cold calling, client visits, door-to-door campaigns, and presentations.
Promote edobbon’s Panchgavya & Organic products with pride, educating customers on their benefits.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build long-term trust with households, retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
Ensure repeat business and excellent customer satisfaction.
Strategy & Execution:
Identify new prospects and untapped markets in FMCG retail.
Develop creative sales strategies to boost results in competitive markets.
Performance & Reporting:
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets consistently.
Maintain accurate client records, sales reports, and share feedback with management regularly.
🎯 Job Requirements
Education: No strict requirement (below 10th can also apply).
Experience: 2 – 4 years in FMCG field sales or similar roles.
Skills & Attitude:
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Knowledge of different sales techniques (closing, upselling, cross-selling).
Basic computer skills (reporting, CRM, WhatsApp/Excel).
High energy, self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel locally.
