Sales Promoter | FMCG / Dairy
Tharpure Organic Farms is looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Promoters to promote and sell FMCG and dairy products across Jaipur.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote company products at retail stores, supermarkets, dairy shops, and local markets.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers and retailers.
Generate new leads and onboard new retailers/distributors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and customers.
Achieve monthly sales and market coverage targets.
Ensure proper product visibility and placement at retail outlets.
Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
Collect customer and market feedback and share it with the reporting manager.
Submit daily sales and activity reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
Requirements:
Graduate qualification preferred.
0 months–2 years of experience in sales, promotion, or FMCG.
Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable personality and customer-oriented approach.
Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
