FMCG Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Retail Placement & Visibility:- Identify and onboard retail outlets between Dahisar and Andheri.- Ensure product placement and shelf visibility.- Coordinate for promotions and sampling.

Distributor Network Expansion:- Appoint and manage distributors.- Ensure stock flow and issue resolution. Sales Execution & Reporting:- Meet monthly sales targets.- Maintain daily field reports.- Share feedback with the founding team.

Market Intelligence:- Track competition and market trends.- Share insights for strategy refinement.

Qualifications & Skills- 2–5 years of experience in food/snacking/FMCG sales.- Retail and distributor onboarding experience in Mumbai.- Strong communication and negotiation skills.- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
