Job Description

Territory Sales Incharge (FMCG – General Trade) position is open at Aswini Homeo and Ayurvedic Products Private Limited in Ongole, Andhra Pradesh. The position offers salary of Rs. 20,000 – Rs. 25,000.

Key Responsibilities:

a. Totally accountable for the assigned region for both primary and secondary order generation.

b. Ensure product availability and visibility in stores

c. Activation of new outlets for sales and increase the market coverage

d. Willingness to travel more than 70 % in the territory and outside is essential

e. Daily Visit of 40-50 outlets & working on Sales Diary application

f. Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for the territory.

g. Distributor Management

h. Build strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors and manage them.

Qualification

a. Any Graduate

b. 2–5 years FMCG sales experience in General Trade

c. Good understanding of local retail network

Skills:

Sales, distributor management, communication, negotiation and market knowledge.
