Key Responsibilities:
• Perform door-to-door sales to cafes, retailers, food businesses, distributors, and offices in Delhi NCR
• Generate leads, pitch products, and convert prospects into clients
• Take follow-ups from potential customers and maintain strong client relationships
• Maintain daily visit records and client data in Excel sheets
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Represent the company professionally in all client interactions
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and feedback
• Report daily progress to the reporting manager
• Distribute product samples, brochures, or marketing materials as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Male candidates only (mandatory)
• Must be based in Gurgaon (no remote or relocation applicants)
• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (FMCG or B2B preferred)
• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills
• Must own a bike and be comfortable with daily travel across Delhi NCR
• Petrol expenses will be reimbursed as per actuals
• Must have a personal laptop for data entry and reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
