Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join us as Floater Store Managers. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and managing retail store operations across multiple locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing day-to-day store operations including sales, customer service, inventory, and visual merchandising.

• Ensure smooth functioning of stores in the absence of the regular store manager.

• Travel to various store locations as assigned.

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

• Support in achieving store sales targets and KPIs.

• Coordinate with the head office for operational and promotional support.
