Advisor/Agent Acquisition & Enablement:
Accountable for recruiting new advisors/agents, delivering comprehensive orientation and training programs, and nurturing a performance-oriented team culture to drive swift organizational progress. Compliance with established procedures and quality standards is essential.
On-Ground Engagement:
Source and onboard part-time individuals to operate as advisors/agents.
Organize client interactions and perform in-person assessments.
Team Oversight & Mentorship:
Lead and support team members in identifying leads via social media, word-of-mouth, networking, and professional affiliations. Aid them in transforming prospects into clients through direct interaction.
Stimulate business development through coordinated group activities.
Ensure clients are provided with customized financial planning aligned with their specific goals and aspirations.

Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of one year’s experience in sales or a related domain.
Willingness to engage in direct, in-person client communications within the designated locality.
