Position: Microfinance Loan Officer – Women’s Group Loans

About the Role:
L&T Finance is looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to work as Microfinance Loan Officers, focusing on group loans for women. The role involves mobilizing women self-help groups (SHGs) and facilitating access to microfinance solutions to empower women financially.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach women groups and self-help groups (SHGs) for microfinance loans.

• Conduct group assessments and evaluate loan eligibility based on repayment capacity.

• Educate clients on loan products, repayment schedules, and financial literacy.

• Collect and verify necessary documentation for loan processing.

• Follow up for timely loan disbursement and repayment.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and group loan portfolios.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursal targets.

• Build strong relationships with women groups to encourage repeat lending and trust.

Eligibility / Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualification: 10+2 / Graduate

• Experience in microfinance, banking, or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Confidence in engaging with women groups and communities.

• Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
