Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Financial Services Manager for the

Insurance sector. The candidate will be responsible for attending daily client meetings,

explaining insurance products, and closing sales through effective communication and

relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

· Attend 1–2 client meetings daily

· Explain insurance and financial products to potential clients.

· Generate leads and follow up on prospects.

· Convert leads into successful policy sales (call closure).

· Maintain client relationship and provide after-sales support.

· Achieve monthly sales targets.

· Maintain proper documentation and reporting.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate / Postgraduate

Good communication and presentation skills.
