Job Summary:
The Financial Consultant (FC) will be responsible for acquiring new clients for trading and investment products, generating brokerage revenue, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. The role involves promoting equity trading accounts, demat accounts, and other financial products offered by the broking company.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new clients for Demat & Trading Accounts.
Generate brokerage revenue through equity, derivatives, commodity, and currency trading.
Promote financial products such as mutual funds, IPOs, bonds, and insurance (if applicable).
Provide investment ideas and market updates to clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure client retention.
Achieve monthly revenue and account opening targets.
Guide clients on trading platforms and investment opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth account opening and client servicing.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline (Finance/Commerce preferred).
Prior experience in stock broking, financial services, banking, or insurance sales preferred.
Freshers with strong interest in financial markets may also apply.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of Equity Markets and Trading.
Strong communication and client handling skills.
Sales and target-oriented approach.
Basic understanding of Demat account, trading platforms, and investment products.
Preferred Certifications:
NISM Certification (Equity / Derivatives / Mutual Fund) will be an added advantage.
CTC / Compensation:
Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives + Brokerage Sharing (as per company policy).
