The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs, and achieving monthly sales targets. Identifying qualified leads, pitching financial products, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the primary responsibility.

The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month along with performance-based incentives and long-term career growth opportunities in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage new business opportunities through social media, digital marketing, referrals, and tele-calling.

• Present and promote insurance, investment, and loan products to potential customers effectively.

• Conduct basic financial need analysis to recommend suitable plans.

• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into active clients.

• Negotiate and close deals while maintaining compliance standards.

• Maintain proper records of client interactions and sales activities.

• Coordinate with backend support for smooth policy issuance and loan processing.

• Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term relationship building.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply).

• Strong communication skills (Hindi required, English preferred).

• Basic knowledge of insurance, SIP, loans, or financial products preferred.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
