We work with top financial institutions and NBFCs to provide our customers with the best loan options at competitive rates.Job Summary:We are seeking a Field Sales Executive – Financial Services Sales Associate who will be responsible for generating new business, meeting customers in person, understanding their financial requirements, and offering the right loan solutions. The role involves fieldwork, customer interaction, and achieving monthly sales targets through lead conversion and relationship building.Key Roles & Responsibilities:Conduct field visits to meet potential and existing customers for loan discussions and document collection.Generate and convert leads for Personal, Business, Home, LAP, and Professional Loans.Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets through effective client conversion.Assist customers with loan applications, eligibility checks, and document verification.Coordinate with the internal team and loan processing departments for quick approvals.Attend local market campaigns, business meets, and other promotional activities.Stay updated on interest rates, product features, and competitor offerings.Maintain proper daily sales reports and submit them to the reporting manager.Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure post-disbursal follow-up.Required Skills & Competencies:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong selling, negotiation, and presentation abilities.Good knowledge of loan products (Personal, Business, Home, LAP, and Professional Loans).Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.Willing to travel locally for customer meetings.Good understanding of field sales processes and loan documentation.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, email communication).Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English (mandatory).Qualifications & Experience:Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.0–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Loan Sales, or Banking preferred.Freshers with strong communication and passion for sales are welcome.Performance Metrics (KPIs):Number of field visits per day/week.Leads generated and converted.Loan files submitted and disbursed.Revenue generated vs. targets achieved.Customer feedback and retention rate.Compensation & Benefits:Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience & performance).Attractive Incentive Program for target achievers.Travel Allowance (as per company policy).Performance-based bonuses and career growth opportunities.On-the-job training and skill development sessions.Work Schedule:Days: Monday to SaturdayTimings: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PMSend your resume to joinus@asvilgalaxy.in
