Job Description

We are looking for a Field Assistant to support Airtel field engineers in installing and configuring routers at customer locations. Candidates will visit assigned customer sites, assist with installations, and ensure proper connectivity and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Assist Airtel field engineers in installing and configuring routers.

Travel to assigned customer locations for installation and service support.

Support the setup of routers, modems, cables, and other networking equipment.

Help with basic wiring, cable management, and device mounting.

Ensure quality installation and excellent customer service.

Eligibility

10th Pass or above.

Freshers can apply.

Good communication and customer handling skills.

Ability to travel locally for field work.

Team player with a problem-solving attitude.

Bike is mandatory.

Valid Driving License preferred
