Field Support Engineer

We are looking for a Field Support Engineer to join our team Netlink ICT Pvt Ltd This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Industry. Key Responsibilities:

The minimum qualification for this role is Plus Two/Degree and Freshers or Experienced. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a Working Days week during the Day shift.
