Field Engineer

Academic Qualification

  Diploma or ITI (Electrical)  from reputed institution

Relevant experience

• Should be familiar with electrical technical know how?

• 2- 3years of hands-on field experience in Supporting of Utility and infra equipment’s.

• Knowledge of Preventive maintenance of all electrical equipment’s include alarms.

• Experience in SMPS, Battery bank, Air conditioner ,DCDB, Power plant.

• Sound understanding of Outdoor, indoor ,Shelters for telecom operators.

• Sound understanding AC and DC currents and Earthing structure.

• Able to coordinate with state electricity board and other PSU with smooth operation.

• Experience in Managed services operations (Telecomm operation).

• Basic Knowledge of handle the electrical Tools and tester.

Core Competencies

• Execution of commands as per the NOC & remote guidance

• Basic remote troubleshooting of onsite technical activities such as, SMPS, Rectifier, Controller.  coordination with NOC,& Service providers

• Show technical competency during Technical Escalation Management.

• 2-3 years of field experience with System Integration & Managed Services, Quality Audit and AT

• Having knowledge in areas of

SMPS, Power plant, Battery bank, EB Pannel, AC& DC current, Earthing structure, knowledge of DG,

• Preventive Maintenance of Site for passive elements

• Transport of Spares when replacement is required.

• Basic knowledge of electrical hazards & Safety norms.

Behavioral

• Good Communication skills is must.

• A good team player, Customer friendly

• Willing to work for extended hours in case of critical event

Basic requirements

• Must have Computer knowledge like-MS office, Excel and Email Etiquettes

•  Two-wheeler must be available with DL.
