Job Description

  • Comfortable for Field Visit.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365.

  • Good experience for managing desktops / Laptops / Network Printers etc.

  • Basic understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP networking.

  • Experience with hardware troubleshooting for desktops and laptops.

  • Knowledge of printer installation and troubleshooting.

  • Experience in IO punching, Lan Punching, Cable Punching

  • Basic understanding of antivirus, endpoint security, and data backup.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Required personal vehicle
