Field Support Engineer

Dikshi Technologies is seeking an experienced Field Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in field sales and a proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships. This role involves identifying prospects, developing sales strategies, and achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

• Close sales through various methods such as cold calling, client presentations, and field visits.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

• Research market trends and implement innovative sales strategies.

• Provide regular reports on performance, feedback, and customer insights to management.

• Maintain and expand the client database effectively.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in IT related discipline.

• Experience: 3 – 5 years of experience in field sales / business development.

• Strong understanding of sales techniques and market strategies.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in using computers, CRM tools, and other sales technologies.

• Ability to work independently and achieve set targets.
