Academic- Minimum 3-year Diploma from recognized Institute in engineering/B.Sc. or Higher (IT)/BCA/BE/B.Tech. Good Communication Skill
Certifications – MCP/MCSA/CCNA OR EQIVALENT

• Handle computer hardware, operating system, mail client, Network configuration & office application.
• Analytical problem-solving areas
• Can be able to installation, configuration of systems/ Printers and other peripherals.
• Coordinate with Warranty vendors for Break fix of desktops and laptops.
Roles & Responsibilities
Attend to all Incidents within the scope of PARTNER as allocated by Helpdesk Engineers.
• Escalate the Calls beyond knowledge to Incident Manager.
• Update Incident Manager on Call Status, Call Closure along with RCA/ Resolution Details,
• Update Antivirus Signatures & OS/Application Patches.
• Update Shift In charge/Program Manager about P4 Incidents,
• Provide Standby after taking prior approvals from Team Leader.
• Track pending calls for any follow-up action.
• Be familiar with all the printers and their installation procedures.
• Able to manage VC, Projector, Voice/ data related activity.
• Must be trained in end users’ application and device support
