Field Support Engineer

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Field Engineer to provide on-site support for laptops, desktops, and printers across various client locations. The ideal candidate should have basic troubleshooting knowledge and the willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of laptops and desktops

• Provide support for hardware issues including RAM, HDD, motherboard, etc.

• Install, configure, and maintain printers and related peripherals

• Handle on-site service requests and ensure timely resolution

• Maintain records of repairs, service logs, and inventory

• Coordinate with the central IT team for escalated issues

• Ensure client satisfaction with prompt and professional service
