Field Support Engineer

Role:

The Project Engineer (Commissioning Engineer) will be responsible for commissioning the entire product range across multiple projects in their territory. This involves coordinating with technicians and sub-contractors to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality outputs, ultimately aiming for high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and execution of installation and commissioning of elevators and escalators, ensuring alignment with timelines, cost, and Schindler Safety and Quality Standards.

• Job planning and supervision of technicians and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.

• Coordination with:

  • Project Team for materials,

  • Engineering Team for troubleshooting,

  • Service Team for smooth handover,
    to guarantee total customer satisfaction.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction.
